Who's behind this
We Love SaaS Benchmarks is run by We Love SaaS, a curated network of software and AI founders and executives, rooted in the Benelux. It started as a podcast in 2018 and has grown into a community of more than 500 founders and executives.
Why does this benchmark exist?
Founders kept asking each other the same questions — what do you pay yourself, how big is your option pool, what do you spend on AI — and nobody had numbers they could trust. This is our answer: real figures, checked by hand, shared in a way that protects everyone who contributes.

Do I need to be a member to take part?
No. Any European software or AI company can take part with a work email address. Taking part is free.
Why should I trust it with my numbers?
Because other companies never see your answers, no result is shown for fewer than eight companies, and every look an admin takes at your data is recorded. How we protect your data.
